NEW 2025-2026 Building Rental Information
Please note we do not provide availability information over the phone or via email prior to receiving a completed application.
Submission Deadlines for Rental Packets to the D204 Building Rental Department (by 3:30 PM):
Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 – PTA events (use PTA-Application form, ensuring principal’s initials are on form (top right) to indicate approval from the school principal).
Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 – Returning renters requesting the same facilities, days, and times as the previous school year.
Friday, August 8th, 2025 – New renters or existing renters who need additional facilities, days, or times than what their group was approved for during the previous school year.
Applications received from rental groups with an outstanding balance will not be processed until their account is paid in full. You may be required to pay any approved bookings/reservations in advance.

Before completing any rental application, please review the Building Rental Program Information Packet and the following calendars to help guide you in selecting an available date and location.
📅2025–26 School Calendar & No Rent Dates: Elementary (Green) & Middle School (Yellow)
Certain dates are not available for rental due to school activities and are reserved for internal use by elementary and middle schools.

This calendar provides a view-only listing of all GYM rental bookings currently scheduled in District 204 schools.

Verify the status of an existing gym reservation
In the calendar:

Sort by LOCATION for availability at specific schools

Sort by GROUP to locate your reservation
Please Note: When a Room/Gym is NOT Available
A room/gym is not available for rental if:

It is already booked by another renter
-
"Confirmed" status = booked
-
"Tentative" = requested, pending confirmation

The requested room/gym is marked as a NO RENT DAY

A school-wide event is occurring (e.g., concert, graduation, open house)

These may not appear on the rental calendar—check the school's website/calendar

The time falls outside of building availability hours:

Elementary School Space: Available only after 6:30 PM on staffed weekdays

Middle School Space: Available only after 7:30 PM on staffed weekdays

Submitting Your Application
Submit your completed rental application along with your Certificate of Insurance (COI) as one attachment via email to:

📌 Missing information will delay processing.
📩 Confirmation emails will be sent once your application has been reviewed and a determination has been made.
Important Notice About Application Status
Due to a high volume of rental requests in July, August and September application processing will take longer than normal.
We kindly ask that you do not call or email to inquire about the status of your application as this may delay processing times. All applicants will be notified via email once their request has been reviewed and a determination has been made.
